A livestock pipeline and watering facility was installed in Dunn County in 2017. This cleaned up a resource concern of cattle standing in the water at the immediate headwaters of a trout stream. Besides the manure deposited in this water, the cattle use it in the winter and had safety concerns for slipping. After the cattle do not stand in water to drink, and the spring water source is kept cleaner to feed the beginning of the trout stream. The water flows continuously through the tank. The source water is so bountiful (45 gpm), that the original tile transfer is still utilized as well.
